Tomato Baked Eggs With Mozzarella + Fresh Basil
nspired with a caprese pizza, this boiled egg is the best, filling and much healthier breakfast recipe for autumn and winter. It is super simple and delish!
- 14 Ounces Can crushed berries
- 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Anchovy fillets in oils, choppe
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, cut into squares
- 1/4 Cup Shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne chili pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh java as required
- 4 Eggs
Preheat the oven 400 degrees F and lightly grease 4, oven safe ramekins. Chop onions and mince garlic.
In a small bowl, blended together the berries with anchovies, red pepper flakes, paprika, cayenne chili pepper, and salt.
Heat a saucepan to medium heat. Melt butter. Add the onions + cook till translucent (7-8 minutes). Add garlic, cook for an additional 2-3 min.
Split the sauce in ramekins, add eggwhites. Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes, then high w/ cheese. Bake for another 4-5 minutes so the egg is cooked but yolk .
