Buttermilk Pancakes II

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, beat together buttermilk, eggs, milk and melted butter. Maintain the 2 mixtures separate till you’re ready to cook.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium heat. You’re able to flick water throughout the surface and when it warms up and sizzles, it is ready!

Pour the wet mix into the dry mix, with a wooden spoon or fork to combine. Stir until it is just combined together. Don’t over stir! Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/2 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
